Proxy setting were not being respected, so once is
returned, setHttpProxy() is called to add the proxy option if
need prior to getting and OAuth token or executing a call to
PayPal
- Updated OpenId classes to be in API namespace
- Updated PP Naming Convention to PayPal Naming Convention
- FormatConverter Class got its own namespace
- Handlers are grouped in Handler namespace
- Samples and Tests Updated Accordingly
