Renaming Namespaces and Organizing Classes

- Updated OpenId classes to be in API namespace
- Updated PP Naming Convention to PayPal Naming Convention
- FormatConverter Class got its own namespace
- Handlers are grouped in Handler namespace
- Samples and Tests Updated Accordingly
